He has a proven track record in the areas of Product Introduction, Source and Method change, Business and Process Improvement, Transformation and Restructuring, Cost reduction, and eBusiness.
An Innovative and committed business expert, he has a proven track record of significantly improving the efficiency and success of numerous businesses, enabling sustained growth.
Mo is results driven with key focus on delighting the customer through motivated, high-performing teams, fostering collaboration across internal and external boundaries.
With excellent interpersonal skills, he has a breadth of technical and business experience and appreciates the opportunity and challenges of operating globally and leading a diverse team.
Roberto Rodríguez Bugatto
With nearly 20 years of cross-functional experience across manufacturing and production, Roberto is an accomplished leader in the fields of Program, Quality, and Supply Chain Management.
As a published author of a leadership model The Nuclear Leader, Roberto is a trained NLP Practioner, executive and personal coach.
He is also an experienced and certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Scrum Master and Project Management Professional under the PMI.
A MBA candidate and trained in the arts of M&A and deal making, he offers a full suite of entrepreneurial tools to support leaders and businesses to become the best versions of themselves, thus ensuring competitiveness.
